Boston University and Johns Hopkins University Humphrey Fellows Participate in Leadership Retreat on Cape Cod
Dr. Ksenya Khinchuk, Director of the Boston University Humphrey Fellowship and Dr. Bill Latimer, Director of the Johns Hopkins University Humphrey Fellowship co-host a multi-national leadership development retreat for fellows on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The US State Department Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program provides ten months of academic study and related professional experiences in the United States. The Humphrey Program fosters a mutual exchange of knowledge and understanding about issues of common concern in the United States and the Fellows’ home countries. The Boston University Humphrey Fellowship Program focuses on banking and finance, education and public policy administration. The Johns Hopkins University Humphrey Fellowship Program focuses on public health, psychology, sociology, nursing, and medicine. Fellows visited a number of sandy beaches as well as historical and cultural sites, including the John F. Kennedy Museum, the Josiah Dennis Manse, the Cape Cod Playhouse and Museum of Art, the Edward Gorey House, among others.
